Team building on the water
Authentic sailing feeling for your team or your customers
A sailing event is a great way to use a sporting activity to encourage a team to work together professionally. Team training on board a sailing boat includes all the components that can be implemented in daily work practice.
When the group arrives at the lake, many will ask themselves the question: how are we supposed to operate a sailing boat without any experience? After just a short introduction, a group dynamic develops independently and it quickly becomes clear how the sails can be set and the boat can be set in motion.
Various scenarios are possible in order to experience something special with employees or customers:
Example 1:
You use one of our seminar rooms to organise a full-day or half-day meeting/training course and finish off the busy day with some leisurely sailing on the water.
Example 2:
You are looking for challenge and action for your team, the group receives initial sailing instructions and then the teams compete in a regatta.
Example 3:
You and your small team (up to 8 people) go for a short sail together on a sailing boat. Catering can take place on board or a suitable harbour can be called at for a restaurant visit.
Example 4:
You and your team sail to Weiden or Breitenbrunn for a meal.
Example 5:
You enjoy sun down sailing in the evening, followed by wine tasting & snacks on our beach
These are the options we can offer you. We can personalise your day on the water with you! We can also organise the culinary delights for all options.
